Das Kunstfoyer der Versicherungskammer Kulturstiftung zeigt „INGE MORATH HOMAGE“ zum 100. Geburtstag der berühmten Magnum-Fotografin in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Inge Morath Estate, kuratiert von Anna-Patricia Kahn und Isabel Siben.
Die Retrospektive und das begleitende Schirmer / Mosel Buch versammeln die 200 schönsten Aufnahmen ihrer weltberühmten Bildreportagen und ihre legendären Porträts von Filmstars, befreundeten Künstlern und Literaten.
Die Ausstellung wird Mitte Dezember 2022 eröffnet.
Die Fotografin wurde am 27. Mai 1923 in Graz geboren und starb am 30. Januar 2002 in New York.
Eine internationale Ausstellungstournee ist in Planung.
